Bridget Dromerick, LPC, LGPC
(She/Her)
Bridget is a dedicated and compassionate professional counselor with experience supporting a wide range of individuals. She is especially passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals, competitive athletes, and young adults, ages 12 and up.
As a neurodiversity-affirming provider, Bridget brings a deep understanding of the lived experiences and unique needs of ADHD and autistic individuals. She approaches therapy with warmth, curiosity, and a strengths-based lens—focusing on helping clients embrace their neurodivergence and develop strategies that align with how they naturally think, feel, and process.
She works collaboratively with clients to support communication, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and identity development—always in ways that respect each person’s individuality and autonomy.
Bridget is also passionate about supporting young adults as they navigate one of the most transformative and uncertain stages of life. Whether it’s adjusting to college, exploring identity, managing relationships, or facing the pressure of making big life decisions, she helps young adults feel grounded and empowered during a time that can often feel overwhelming. Her approach provides space for self-exploration, emotional support, and practical tools to build confidence, self-trust, and clarity in the face of change.
Bridget brings a personal and professional understanding of the demands placed on competitive athletes. Having grown up in the area and competed at a high level herself, she is intimately familiar with the mental, physical, and emotional pressures student-athletes face. Her work with athletes focuses on managing stress, building resilience, and developing the mental skills needed to thrive—both in sport and in life. She helps clients strengthen focus, confidence, and performance while prioritizing overall well-being.
Bridget is committed to continually deepening her knowledge through ongoing research and specialized training, ensuring that her practice reflects the most up-to-date, affirming, and inclusive and empowering approaches.
